If you have severe symptoms — you cannot pass urine at all, sudden severe testicular pain, heavy bleeding, high fever with severe urinary symptoms, or you are deteriorating rapidly — seek immediate in-person emergency care. Do not send a message and wait for a reply.
No doctor–patient relationship
Reading this website, sending a WhatsApp message or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship, and does not confirm an appointment. A relationship begins when you are seen and assessed at the hospital.

Descriptions of procedures on this site set out how they are usually performed and what recovery is typically like. They are not a promise of any particular result. Every procedure carries risk, and outcomes differ between patients. The risks relevant to you are explained before you consent to any treatment.
